Dear Valued Customers: At Coon’s Processing, we are celebrating our 34th year of business. Due to the ever rising costs of supplies, fuel and labor we have determined we must increase our prices and restructure how we charge. This was a challenging decision as we know this directly impacts our loyal customers. This price increase will ensure we can provide quality service for many years to come.

PROCESSING (Up to 125 lb) ; $125.00
(Additional weight @ $1.00 per pound.)

Includes skinning, washing, de-bone, steaks, chops and grind, vacuumed sealed, and labeled. Beef and pork can be added at market rate, additional packaging charges may apply for packaging up to $1.00 per package – contact us for details.

FRESH SAUSAGE;

Breakfast, Italian, polish, brats, or hell. $2.50 lb, Bulk $3.50 cased, $4.00 with cheese. All sausage require pork which will be added based on market cost (contact us for details).

JERKY;

$8,00 lb wet weight – original and teriyaki flavors (will lose about 60% of weight when finished)

HUNTERS STICK;

$7.00 lb wet weight in Regular, Hot Jalapeno, Teriyaki, Extra Hot (Jalapeno) flavors (will lose about 40% weight when finished)

SALAMI:

$18.00 per lb Wet Weight. Flavors include Regular or Hot.
